Funding your account is straightforward, but there are two distinct paths depending on where your money is coming from. Let's walk through each one.
Method 1: Crypto Deposit
If you already hold crypto on another exchange or in a self-custody wallet, depositing takes just a few steps. Head to your Dashboard and scroll to the All assets table. Find the coin you want to deposit — USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, and more are supported — and click the Deposit button in its row.
You'll be prompted to select a blockchain network. This step is critical: the network you choose must match the network you're sending from. For USDT, TRC-20 is the fastest and cheapest option, but ERC-20 and BEP-20 are also supported. Selecting the wrong network means permanent loss of funds — always double-check.
Once you've picked a network, the platform generates a unique wallet address. Copy it or scan the QR code from your sending wallet, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. Your balance updates automatically once the required network confirmations are reached — typically within 1–5 minutes for most coins.
Method 2: Buy with a Card
Don't have crypto yet? No problem. The platform partners with a range of trusted fiat-to-crypto services so you can buy directly with a debit or credit card — and have it land in your wallet instantly.
Click Buy crypto in the top navigation. You'll see a selection of providers: Paybis, Bitpay, Changelly, Simplex, Ramp, Mercuryo, Transak, MoonPay, and more. Supported payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfers.
Click Continue to [provider], complete a quick KYC verification (email, phone, and a photo ID — usually 5–15 minutes on your first purchase), enter your card details, and confirm. The purchased crypto is sent directly to your wallet.
Pro tip: Fees and rates vary between providers. It's worth comparing two or three before confirming — the spread can be meaningful on larger amounts. Typical fees range from 1–5%.
